Do I need to book an appointment in advance?

While walk-ins are always welcome, we recommend booking in advance — especially for bridal makeup, pre-bridal packages, nail art and weekend slots — to ensure you get your preferred time. Call or WhatsApp: +91 85974 36052.

What are your service charges and pricing?

Our salon services start from just ₹30 (threading) and scale up based on the treatment. Hair starts at ₹99, hair coloring at ₹199, facials at ₹499, party makeup at ₹799. Plus, with our current 30% Festival Discount, you get even more value! Exact pricing shared during consultation.

How long are the beauty training courses, and will I get a certificate?

Our courses range from short-term (2–4 weeks) to comprehensive programs (1–3 months). Yes — all students receive an industry-recognized certificate from our West Bengal Govt. Registered Hema Beauty Academy. Fees range from ₹7,000 to ₹22,000. We also offer Personality Development & IT training, plus job placement assistance.

Do you offer Personality Development and IT training too?

Yes! Beyond beauty, our academy offers Personality Development (communication, grooming, English speaking, soft skills) and IT / Computer Training (basics, salon management software, billing). This makes our students truly industry-ready and confident — a complete career package.

Are the products used safe for sensitive skin?

Absolutely. We use premium, dermatologist-tested products that are safe for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Before any facial or treatment, our experts do a brief skin consultation. Your safety and comfort always come first.
